Only use "Sunlight soap" to clean the tiles. Other chemicals may be too harsh & eat away at the sealer. Do not use harsh abrasives like "Handy Andy".
Manufacturer recommends re-sealing your tiles approximately every 2 years.

There is no need to strip the tiles before you do this, simply wash the tiles with Sunlight Liquid Soap, and re apply the sealer.
